Chapter Eleven

Landed

We make it through the second warp-travel without a hitch. I still can't bring myself to look in Arrow's direction. He may be part of my group, but it'll be a while before I want him like that.

"One hour before we land on Earth 2," the woman's voice echoes throughout the ship.

King takes my hand as I stand from the seat, this time far less shaky than the first two times. "May I talk to you somewhere private?"

Flashes of him kissing me before dance through my mind's eye. I've gotten aroused two times today with nothing to show for it. It doesn't take much for my clit to reawaken with need.

He leads me to the cargo hold.

"What di-did you want t-to talk a-about?" The door closes behind us. I stare up into his yellow eyes. He almost fades into the dark lighting of the room.

"Let me know if I'm being too forward, and I'll stop. But your scent is driving me mad right now."

"My scent? Do I smell?" I force myself to stay visible. I took a sanitizing shower earlier this morning before we left. Maybe I worked up more of a sweat with Echo and Octavius than I thought.

King shakes his head. "Not in a bad way. I have a heightened sense of smell. Your arousal is intoxicating, and I wish to help you find some relief."

My core heats up at his words. "I-I'm not ready for actual sex. But we can try other stuff."

He nods. "I'm okay with that."

How are we going to kiss? He's so much taller than the others. Even on my tiptoes, I'll just make it to the top of his chest. We don't have a bed to help us out with sitting like last time.

His strong hands go underneath my arms before he picks me up, setting me down on one of the lower, but still tall, stack of bins. I'm now face to face with him, making it much easier to kiss him.

A grin tugs at the corners of my mouth before I wrap my arms around his neck and pull him in for a deep kiss. His hands go to my waist and hold me tightly.

Our tongues battle one another in a slow almost dance. I could stay here like this forever. The tips of his fingers bunch up my shirt to reach the hidden skin. I moan as his skin meets mine.

My own hands leave his neck to travel over his large pecs under his grey tank top. His rough thumb and index fingers pinch at my nipples. I moan, breaking the kiss, before I lean forward to place kisses along his jawline and down his neck. Experimentally, I brush my teeth along his skin.

It felt good when Octavius did it to me, will King like it, too?

He groans, the sound reverberating against my lips. I continue to bite down his neck to his collarbone. With gentle ease, he pushes me back, and I glance down at the tent in is tan cargo pants.
